The Facilities Coordinator position is responsible for the maintenance, inspection and repair of the inside, outside and exterior areas around buildings as well as the various systems within the facility, including ventilating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems and alarm notification systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs general maintenance, manages repairs and scheduled maintenance for Buildings, Grounds, and Equipment.
- Performs preventive maintenance work orders according to schedule.
- Assists with moving furniture. Lift, push or pull 50 lbs.
- Paints interior and exterior walls and trim.
- Completes and submits paperwork accurately and on time.
- Manages time wisely, remains productive while working independently.
- Works required hours, is available during non-work hours as needed and responds to emergency calls in a timely manner.
- Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems.
- Participates on assigned committees.
- Assures patient safety, privacy and confidentiality, and considers age specific issues as appropriate or required. Assures safety of employees and visitors. Ensures compliance and adherence to all regulatory requirements. Assists in maintaining security systems including lock identification, key file, and automatic access codes for facility locks and equipment requiring keys. Issues keys as authorized and maintains a record of all keys and codes issued.
- Demonstrates a professional appearance of self, agency and service in a positive, cooperative, and enthusiastic manner.
- Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems.

Base Salary:
Starting at $18.38 Per Hour.

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Eligibility to Work Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the United States.
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
- Must pass a TB Test.

Experience Requirements:
Two years experience in commercial, institutional and/or industrial sectors
Qualifications:

Preferred – Experience in a health care setting. - Customer service experience is valued.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
- Must have your own tools and be able to maintain a safe work environment.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, have the proper skills and experience.
