Job Description:
- This is a working position that has a base pay plus tips.
- Knowledge of pizza making, and pantry cooking as well as prep experience required.
- Ensuring that all food items and products are stored, prepared and served based on the restaurant’s recipe, preparation and portion standards
- Evaluating and disciplining kitchen personnel accordingly and making employment and termination decisions
- Ordering kitchen materials and ingredients based on the menu and market demand
- Supervising food preparation in the kitchen and ensuring that customers are satisfied
- Maintaining clean working environments and making sure that employees follow the restaurant’s preventive maintenance measures
- Maintaining adequate inventory levels and conducting Bi weekly inventories.
- Scheduling shifts by business hours, days, and occasions
- Overseeing the training of employees to ensure the safe operation of kitchen equipment and utensils and the proper handling of heavy items and hazardous materials.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Kitchen at all times. Be an excellent example of what is expected as far a food quality, and consistency in concerned. Work 35- 40 hours a week. Place Food orders and count inventory. Excellent people skills. Make pizza, salads, and pastas to Artichoke Pizza Standard Recipes.
Base Salary:
$18-$20 per Hour

Eligibility to Work Requirements:
Must be able to be E-Verifyed, and Show required documentation
Experience Requirements:
1 Year of Kitchen Management Experience required. Pizza making experience is a must as well as guest/customer service. Able to retain product and company knowledge. Excellent Leadership Skills, Outgoing personality and the ability to hire, train, and retain Kitchen Employees. This person must be able to control food cost as well as place food orders and keep a bi-monthly inventory of all food goods.
Job Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand for long periods of time.
Qualifications:
Food Handlers card or ServSafe Certification.
Requested Skills:
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft word, and Excel.

9:30am – 11pm
